Santa Claus Office is looking for Customer Service Elves for Autumn, Christmas and Winter 2023-24!

Welcome to be part of our Elf Team for Winter 2023-24!

Santa Claus Office is located in Santa Claus Village, in Rovaniemi, Lapland, Finland and is open every day of the year.

Your work as a Customer Service Elf is mainly customer service and sales work inside Santa Claus Office as part of our Elf team. You will be an important part of making once in a lifetime-experiences come true for our visitors of all ages. Before the employment starts, all the new elves get a training for the job so don’t worry if you don’t have previous experience of this kind of work. For us the most important thing is that you are motivated and excited to come to work as a Customer Service Elf!

What are we looking for:

• You are outgoing and positive with you have good social skills
• You are customer service oriented
• You are fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
• You are able to work in a team
• You are flexible and committed to your work
• You are ready to work also on weekends and holidays. We are open every day of the year.

The employment relationship is fixed-term seasonal job. Start time is November 2023 and will last until the end of March 2024. Also fixed-term seasonal job for only December is possible (Start mid-November until end of December) We’ll help you to find an accommodation in shared apartments, with a reasonable monthly rent.
