Safari guide – Luosto

We are recruiting Safari Guides for Lapland Safaris Luosto for winter season 2023-2024!

As a Safari Guide in Luosto, you’ll be the key person to help our guests to experience the arctic Lappish nature. This means you’ll get to take them out to explore the snowy forests and the Luosto fell on snowshoes, visit reindeer and husky farms to greet furry four-legged workmates or maybe you’ll line up the snowmobiles and introduce your guests to our most modern way to get out to the wilderness. And if you’re lucky, you might even be out there late in the evening and see the magical Northern Lights.

As an addition to all that you might get to take your guests for a spin around the winter tracks with E-fatbikes, teach them the traditional way of ice fishing or perhaps you’ll take your group to the local Amethyst Mine to dig up their lucky stone. Either way, every day when you take your guests around our beautiful Pyhä-Luosto area, you’ll get to see in their eyes the excitement of learning and experiencing new things.

To be a successful Lapland Safaris Guide, we expect you to be used to being outdoors no matter the weather, and also to keep your attitude on a positive side even though the days might be long and hectic. Driving license and fluent English are a must. And since it’s up to you to take care of your group and take the lead, you can’t be shy to talk.
